Ahmad M. Yakzan

Ahmad M. Yakzan practices primarily in the area of immigration law. He has represented clients before several immigration courts around the United States, the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Department of Homeland Security, and before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. His cases have ranged from defending immigrants against deportation, applying for Immigration Visas for professionals and refugees, to Applications for Citizenship.
While in law school, Ahmad was a member of Stetson's nationally acclaimed Moot Court Board and a member of the team that won Pace University's International Criminal Court Moot Competition in 2008. He served as a Teaching Fellow at Stetson's Legal Writing Clinic and as a student editor of the Journal of International Wildlife Law and Policy. Ahmad is from Beirut, Lebanon and is a native Arabic speaker; he is also conversant in French.
