Matthew K. Mullinax

Matthew K. Mullinax began working with Tucker & Ludin while studying law at Stetson University College of Law. Upon receiving his law degree and being admitted to the Florida Bar, Matt began working as an Associate Attorney. Matt assists in all areas of our practice, but focuses primarily in ERISA claims and litigation, and Social Security Disability and SSI.

Prior to law school, Matt attended the University of South Florida where he studied Economics and Business Management. A native of South Florida, Matt grew up in South Carolina before returning to the Tampa Bay area for school. Matt maintains close relationships with his family and friends, and places value in client relationships as well as the importance of the work that we do for our clients.
