We will promptly issue demand letters, formal notices, and file suits in order to resolve these matters. In addition to evictions, our firm will seek monetary judgments, pursue collections and seek specific performance in order to compel a tenant to perform their obligations under a lease. We handle cases throughout Florida and will attend hearings by telephone whenever it is appropriate in order to save client expenses.
